Above is the front of the apartment building at 1816 Stevens Avenue South, where James lived in Apartment 25 from November 1980 until November 2004. James' apartment was inside the two windows on the third floor, right side.
The above photo shows the North side also. James' apartment was behind the two highest windows facing the sun and the first four windows on the north side. His front windows looked out over Stevens Square Park.
